  • A: Absolutely! At Fleuressence, we wholeheartedly celebrate love in all its forms. We proudly welcome and support LGBTQIA+ couples and all marginalized communities. Our goal is to create floral designs that reflect your unique love story, ensuring every client feels valued, respected, and embraced. We believe that everyone deserves beauty, joy, and an unforgettable floral experience, no matter their background, identity, or whom they love.

  • A: Yes. Fleuressence is both fully licensed and insured. 

  • A: We accept all credit and debit cards as well as ACH and personal checks.

  • A: We are located in Chesterfield, Virginia and service the entire Central Virginia area.

  • A: Yes! We offer discounts to active duty military personnel, veterans, teachers, healthcare personnel, police officers, firefighters, and also farmers.

  • A: We open our calendar approximately 1.5 years in advance, booking dates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, if we have availability, we can accommodate shorter timelines—up to 45 days for full and partial-service weddings and as little as two weeks for elopements and other events.

  • A: We offer an elaborate section of arbors, candles, pedestals and vases. 

  • A: We encourage you to take as many arrangements home with you as you’d like. We recommend that any unclaimed florals be donated to local organizations who will reuse or dispose of the arrangements responsibly. Fleuressence will compost any arrangements that are not able to be donated.

    If you plan to rent our vessels for your event but would like to take your flowers home, we can arrange take-home vases or vessels for safe travel.

  • A: It depends.

    Delivery and installation is included with all full design packages.
    Delivery is included for both our Partial Floral Design & Elopement Package. Setup is not available for either Partial or Elopement.

  • A: Absolutely. You are able to make changes to your quantities up to 30 days ahead of your event. Changes to your overall design can be made up until 90 days ahead of your wedding. You can alter your budget up to 10% below your original signed proposal.

  • A: In the event you need to reschedule, the retainer is forfeited you must book our services under a new contract and will be subject to our current pricing at that time.

  • A: Our packages are divided into three payments with a non-refundable retainer to secure the date of your event.

    The second payment is due midway through the planning process, with the final payment being due 30 days prior to your event.

  • A: All payments are contractually non-refundable.

    In the event that you need to cancel your event or our services, please contact us directly. We work very closely with our clients and handle refunds on a case-by-case.
